Okay let's take these point by point...

1 I had lost my job and had to give up a car because of it .
2. I ALWAYS PAY MY BILLS ON TIME NO MATTER WHAT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
WRONG.  If you always paid your bills on time no matter what you would not have had to give up your car.  If you had always paid your bills on time NO MATTER WHAT you would not be with a sub-prime dealer/lender.

3. I did ask what the was car worth and got and did not get a straigth answer .
- Why did you ask, why didn't YOU look it up yourself.  You obviously have Internet Access it would have taken you just leave and take a few minutes to find out.  If you didn't want to leave the dealer(for some strange reason) you could have "Phoned a Friend" and have them look it up for you.

4. I did have the car checked out  and in formed them and they would cover it!
- Is it in writing?  If so then go after them in Small Claims if they won't fix it.

5. I know the bbb is not  goverment i wanted to let  them know !
- To do what?  They have as much legal power to do anything as if you had just stopped a stranger on the street and told them.

6. I needed a car because i do not live near a bus line ,so i could go to job interviews  becuse i am
lazy and to support my family. I TAKE GREAT PRIDE IN MYSELF TO GET EVERYTHING PAID.
AND I AM ON TIME WITH MY PAYMENTS WITH THEM AND EVERYONE ELES

1.  "...or defires on loan...".  Apparently what you mean is some sort of deferment on making payments.  Do you fully understand your exact position here?  This is a SUBPRIME lender which you had to use because YOU made yourself a SUBPRIME borrower by developing a reputation of NOT paying your bills on time.  Guess what?  Here you are into this loan and you STILL don't want to make your payments on time!  Have you ever even remotely considered changing your ways?  How about adding to your income by getting a weekend part-time job?  Its not their fault you don't want to make your payments on time.  Its YOURS!

2.  Nobody forced you at gunpoint to buy this car.  If you felt the worth vs. cost equation was poor, then nobody said you absolutely, positively had to buy this car, "or else".  Secondly, YOU made yourself a SUBPRIME borrower and as such YOU limited the quality of dealership who would be willing to sell to you.

3.  "...pray on people...".  The last time I heard, the only time anyone "prays" is for people or about people.  The word is "PREY" and again, nobody, including you is forced to do business with them.  YOU made yourself a SUBPRIME borrower and YOU limited the type and quality of dealer which would do business with you.  Why not change your ways and develope a reputation for paying your bills on time?

4.  You can contact the BBB all you want.  The BBB is not a government agency, is not a part of the judiciary and has ZERO enforcement powers.  The BBB is a "snake-in-the-grass SCAM.

5.  You can contact the Attorney General too.  They will get a good laugh.  What are you going to say?  "I'm a subprime borrower who is continuing to not pay bills on time and I want you to shut them down because they are trying to hold me to the contract I signed!"  I can hear the laughter now!

6.  What did the warranty paperwork say?  Why do you need them to tell you what is covered and what isn't?  You do know how to read, don't you?  What does it say?  How do you know they are telling the truth when you don't have a clue as to what your own paperwork says?

And just in case you want to stomp your feet...I don't work for them.

You researched the value of the car before you bought it.  You had a mechanic check it out before you bought it, or at least got them to put in writing that if any thing is wrong they would fix it.

Oh you didn't...Whoops.  Well if they ripped you off you let them do it.

It doesn't matter if they are a Sub-Prime lender or selling high end luxury cars.  You can't trust anything dealers "tell" you.
