Complaint Review: Caribbean Cruise Line

we were offered a vacation package to the Bahamas from Caribbean cruise lines for 3 days in Ft Lauderdale,Florida and 2 nights on a cruise to the Bahamas.After we accepted about a week later were called to see if we wanted an upgraded room on the ship with a balcolony which we agreeded on.After we were boarded we found out that that ship does not even have balcolonys because of its size.We also purchased the onshore activity on the beach at Lacaya resort and when we arrived it was poring down rain and were not offered a refund or any other activity to purchase.I will never prchase a trip from them again and would inform any other person not to also,That was just a money scam,
