We supposedly won one of those "Free Vacation Packages" from Carribean Cruise Line.  In addition to the nominal fee of $698 for the 2 of us, one being a disabled veteran, we also paid an additional fee of $300 to upgrade our Bahama cruise cabin and the cabin at the Resort in Ft. Lauderdale.

When we boarded the Bahamas Celebration, we were informed that our cabin had been downgraded 3 levels to a category 8.  We were put in the smallest cabin there was and with bunk beds right above the boats engines.  No consideration was given to my husband's physical and medical needs.  This after we paid the extra $300 for a Category 4 cabin

We were assigned to Quality Inn without the all inclusive amenities promised.  My husband is diabetic and has had open-heart surgery.  We were supposed to receive all food and drink at the resort, instead we received coupons to Denny's restaurant.  This establishment is not part of my husband's personal meal plan.

My husband because so ill, he was not able to walk around on the ship.  It was not seasickness but as a result of his diabetes.  We were promised there would be an elevator by our cabin.  There was one down this long hallway measuring 75 steps to the elevator.  We are sickened by the way we were taken, ripped off.  We want our money back.  This is not all.  There is a lot more but this is enough to get people's attention.
