Complaint Review: Caribbean Cruise Lines / Imperial Majesty Vacations

I got a call in Oct of 2008 and was given the whole spill, did't want to pay that much so after an hour later on the phone the whole deal cut in half and offered more vacation to package. I said yes and they gave me 2 yr. to use the package so in March of 2010 I called to make plans, I did so, they sent the plans out about 7 days before we were to leave. The whole package has change and boat too. I was told I would get 100.00 in gas money, never got. The boat was a cargo boat that went to a different place, no where, a loading dock on the end of Bahamas. Then we had to pay to get off the boat. We were, in the package headed to Nassau  Paradise Island, so far from that place is was in the middle of a loading dock, nothing there. I called and lady (super) said to bad I had already taken the trip should have cancelled before I left. The hotel was 1 star and I was scared to stay there, in bad section of town. The whole vacation was a joke and with talking with everyone else there, they were all told something else too. I called the Better Bis. Breu. and they have 1,000 of complaints on this company and can find no one person to hold accountable. The whole company gives you the run around. I have 16 different phone no. they give me to call, everyone puts in on someone else. I ask them to pull the recording of phone call, they did't have them. Please do something cause they are still doing this. my friend got a call the other day for same thing. Thank you Donna
