CarId CarId.com sat on hold 3 hours with customer service to replace defective parts 3 times Internet

I ordered 4 new "Air Suspension" shocks for my 2008 Jaguar.  These shocks are made and shipped by Arnott Company.  I received the shocks after 5 days and paying for "overnight" shipping.

I paid my auto mechanic $1200 to install them.  After installing them they seemed to ride great. 

I went out of town in a different car for 1 week, and when I returned the car was sitting down on the tires.  I started the car and 3 of the shocks lifted up but the right rear would not lift up but 1 inch above the tire.

I called a tow truck to have the car towed in but the tow truck driver said that he could NOT tow it in its present condition as the car was sitting too low, so I had to drive it 12 miles at a speed of 5 mph or less so that the car didn't rub on the tire.

The mechanic removed the right rear shock as it was defective.  I called CarId back and asked that they send me another shock OVERNIGHT, I had to pay $33.13 overnight delivery charge and then I still didn't get the shock for over 5 days, becuause when they entered the address of the shop, they FORGOT to put the SUITE number on the order.

After 5 days of searching for my shock, I went to UPS and found it.  I finally got it and had to pay the shop an additional $300 to replace the defective shock.

The car seemed OK again, but later that same day the right rear shock dropped back down to the tire.  When I started the car, it slowly lifted up almost where it should have been to start with.

I called the shop but they were so busy that I couldnt get it in until Oct. 8th.  After testing the system, again the same right rear shock shows to be leaking.

I called the customer service line and sat on hold for over 3 hours when I finally decided to call back and get the "New" order department.  I was only on hold for about 15 minutes.

I had to place a NEW order for the right rear shock, pay a core charge and AGAIN pay for OVERNIGHT delivery.  They say it will go out tomorrow, but who knows?

I will have to pay an additional $300 to have this shock removed and replaced for the 3rd time.

I am beginning to wonder if the Arnott Shocks are just CRAP, or am I just getting sent shocks that have already been sent back before.

I tried to CHAT with customer service and get a supervisor on the line, but I was told it would be 48 hours for a supervisor to call me. 

My car has been out of service for over 9 weeks total now and they want me to wait another 2 days just to talk to a supervisor, then another 5-7 business days to get a shock and just HOPE that I get a good one?

If you have to replace your "Air Suspension" shocks in a Jaguar or Land Rover or Range Rover, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, becuase if you end up with a defective part, you will wait a lifetime and pay mechanics time and time again to replace them over and over, and then you will have to WAIT AND WAIT AND WAIT just for a replacement part.  If you can get the part locally you are better off even paying more money!
