CARID.COM wayne,max,martin,adriana placed order, promised 4 day delivery, took 10 days, advertise easy return, will not send ra # to return cranbury nj Internet

Placed order on march 11th, was promised 4 day delivery, after ups label printed never was a tracking number to show in transit, after 10 days got email saying item number changed this being march 21 in am said part would be mailed on 22nd, on evening of 21st, ups delivers part, had right order number but wrong part, had placed order with max and told him that some bumper covers have holes for fender flares and ask that he verify with warehouse that cover not have holes, he assured me he would, got call on even of 21st wanting oem,vin, number and digital photos of wrong part, have sent that info 4 times, finally canceled order thru easy returns, got confirmation number but no ra number, recieved call from carid said their manufacturerwould have to send ra number could be 24 hours, then called on 23rd talked to wayne supervisor telling him i hadn't recieved ra, that being in am, said he would call manufacturer and would have it in pm, well this is even 24th still no ra number, called carid back, said it would take up to 72 hours to work out problem with their manufacturer, i advised them i gave them money on 11th day of march and it went to carid, that if there was a problem between manufacturer and supplier that they need to work it out between themselves and not hold my money, well its now friday night, they said call back monday the 27th ,but it will probably take 72 hours..they have $189.06 of my money and will not provide me a RA# to send part back and get my refund.
