Carid.com www.onyxenterprises.com Won't fill in-stock item - constant back order Cranbury New Jersey

I purchased a truck box #74010832 back in Oct 2017. I found a better price online from Jegs and had Carid price match. Why not go through Jegs? I already had ordered previous merchandise with Carid and had an account. They agreed to the price. Right after I ordered it, I received a back-order notice because they said the item was "made to order". I agreed on their est. arrival date of Nov 2017. First of Dec, got another back order delay till Jan 2018. And today in Jan 2018, they now say end of Feb 2018. I contacted the mfg of the truck box - Daws (Better Built) and their rep said my box was in stock and didn't know why Carid was given me the run around. I called Carid and they still could not fill my order even with the item in stock at the mfg. I told them this is very unprofessional business. I will never do business with them again. Or onyxenterprises.com . I cancelled my order today Jan 17th. I told them they have 3 business days to process a full complete refund or I'll file complaint with PayPal and get my money through arbitration.
