I purchased a steering wheel for a 2002 trailblazer. They used the words "guaranteed to fit" in their ad. Sales agent Steve was very helpful when I made the purchase. The product, when I recieved it was better than I expected, except it wouldn't transfer the airbag. Their ad said "just transfer your accessories. I actually was sad it didn't fit because it was really nice. When I tried to return the wheel, I made 21 phone calls, talked to Steve, left messages, was told the manager would never call back. Never any response! They ripped me off for $99 dollars plus $39 dollars in overnight shipping. I feel like I was totally ignored and I will never buy anything from them again. In todays economy, customer service is everything, and they don't even know the meaning of those words. They are liars in the sense that they have a great return policy, they don't. Ebay will be notified also.
