They sent me a defective part then sent me a return label saying they would refund the purchase.. I repurchased the same part since they said they were refunding me. They received the part and never refunded me as they said. It’s been 3 months and now they will not respond. I spent $520 on a defective part and another $520 on a new part.

I can’t believe the customer service at this place. Don’t purchase from this place because they for some reason think they can take the return and not refund you. Not only am I out the $520 but the defective part. I’m sure I could have had someone fox the impeller and sold it for some of my money.

I would think they were already paid out by whoever they had to return it to. I had that defective part installed on my car cost me $300 to find out it was no good!
