I bought a car from Carite Indy North. Mohammed lied to me and told me I only had to keep the car for two years and I could do one one of three things: 1) Turn the keys in and walk away with no obligation, 2) Trade the car in for something different, or 3) Finish paying the car off. He even told me I could use Carite to rebuild my credit and after two years turn the car in and go somewhere else. I repeated back to him exactly what I heard him say and he confirmed that yes, two years is all I am obligated to. I son found out this information was A LIE and off course Mohammed denied everything he said. On top of all of this, I have had to return my car back to the car lot several times for repairs. The first one was the day after I purchased the car. The car was sold to me with numerous problems. The day after purcgasing it, they had to replace the wheel hub on it. After telling them numerous times there is ticking in the engine and them telling me it was normal, I took my car in today (one and a half months after purchasing it) for them to call me and say my timing chains are loose. So now there are engine problems. Mohammed not only sold me this car after lying but he sold it after prematurely pulling it from the service floor. I puchased this car on May 23rd and today is July 13th. I put $1200 down for the worst car I have ever purchased. The car is only two years old. I am stuck in a lemon for four years. This company and there cars are a complete and utter rip off. Stay Away!!!!

Jim-USA You really need to find something else to do. The lie was told before the contract was signed. The lie is unprofessional and unethical. I'm sure his corporate office would not like him lying for the company PERIOD! I'm sure you were one that scammed someone too for you to get upset with nothing that pertains to you anyway. Whether you work for them or not , who the heck cares!! Obviously you have nothing better to do. Oh did you miss the part about the mechanical issues that it has. Get your life! I pray for people like you!

Here's the deal...this guy covers these three points which you said you "heard" him describe.  What did the paperwork say?  Did it ever remotely occur to you there was a CONTRACT for some reason?  Did it ever dawn on you these provisions should be in the contract and so "I better read it?"  Nope!  You didnt even bother to read it, did you?  You come hear acting surprised you can't do those things when if you would have read the contract before signing it, you would have seen those options were non-existent!  I mean, really...it doesn't take much brain power to understand if you are agreeing to something, perhaps you should read about it first?  That's a matter of COMMON SENSE!  No, I don't work for them!
