Complaint Review: carl doppler

I am not surprised to see the report of Carl stealing money from a clients credit cards. I am also a victim. Look, there is noone who knows Carl better than I do, so I think it is important to set the record straight. 1) he is not suffering from a terminal illness. He is a fraud, who pretended to operate his company from a UPS mailbox in Indiana, but was located and operating in Angeles City, Philippines. His business failed because of negative feedback and poor service, and instead of properly transfering the data for his clients websites, he thought claiming he was terminally ill and disappearing would be better. Obviously, that wasnt a smart move. But we know Carl is not very sharp. 2) If you look at his background report, you will see that he was sued 17 times in small claims court by individuals just like you and I, who he ripped off thinking that somehow his business would continue to thrive with negative feedback. Anyways, the good news is he is out of business and unemployed. The bad news, is he is such a loser that suing him would most likely be a waste of time. You would never get the money.
