Terrible terrible service!
This is worst pest control company--do not use this service. My tenants hired them for a problem with roof rats. The service was "no show" several times, and then we insisted to give us a try and we would be satisfied, so we did. The service was terrible, they did not come when they said -causing my tenant grief, and when they found the dead rat-they never came back to pick it up. So several calls, and we decided to stop service after 4 months. We paid our bill and we thought that was enough...but 2 months later- my tenant get a bill in the mail, allegedly for service. We don't have a clue a to how they did anything.
When I called to tell Carl Vince we do not want heir service-again explaining we did not agree to any additional services, the manager ?? told me we had a contract. I am so sorry they are so desperate they pull that after we were clearly not satisfied with and terminated service 2 months before. BEWARE -
So... In order to buy my house, I had to pay for fraudulent charges for services I had never received. Niiiiice...
Stay away. FAR away. They are unreliable and downright dishonest.

Mountain View Termite Control as listed here does not do pest control as in rats nor do they have contracts. This claim was written by a con man named Carlos Redmond who in fact ripped off the company for about $6,000.00 dollars. Carlos has aprox 200 defunked corporations and is a real estate broker in the Las Vegas area Some of his scam outfits are Carlos R world wide, Renoir Real estate,Sanford and sons investments... the list goes on and on. Stay way clear of this idiot and dont be a victim as Mountain View Termite has. Carlos send them the money you owe them DEADBEAT.
