Placed an order ($30 dog collar) for my new dog on May 20th, 2015. It is now August 5th, almost 3 months later and I have yet to receive it after the website stating "ships in 5-7 business days". Carla Phillips is the owner of this boutique and after further research I have found that not only has she ripped me off, but has also lied and cheated many others as well. She immediately drafted my money day of order and has since refused to respond to any of the multiple emails sent regarding my order. She is a cheat and I will NEVER buy from her again and suggest nobody to either.

Yes seriously. At this point I just want either my money refunded or my collar shipped. $30 is a lot of money for a dog collar anyways. I was just splurging on my new dog.
