Carleton David Thomas fraud Rochedale South Queensland
The male person who goes by the name of Carleton David Thomas and who resides at 16 Stirling Street, Rochedale South in the State of Queensland Australia is currrently (as at 26th October 2015) being investigated by the Queensland Police Service for fraud. I have no further details of the background however I believe the alleged offence or offences occurred in far north Queensland some time in 2010. Thomas is known to have provided 'legal services' to a significant number of people since 2010, and in at least a few instances there were extremely concerning issues. Whether or not these issues were actually 'illegal' or not has not, to the best of my knowledge, been addressed by any of the 'clients' of whom I'm aware, likewise none has investigated whether or not Thomas has academic qualifications and / or has been admitted to practice law. A Paul Donnelly who claimed to be a practicing lawyer in the Sydney area, has been known to associate with Thomas. My impression of Donnelly isn't favourable, in fact I consider him an uttterly arrogant grub, however there are no laws against same and I believe there have been utterly arrogant grubs who proved to be reasonably efficient lawyers.
