I compose a lenghty letter about how I delievered on my part of Carleton Sheet's Professional Coaching program for the past 14 weeks working with a 3 ring binder title Personal Caoching by Carleton Sheets. Well, I didn't pay $7,000 for a 3 ring notebook, but for a seasoned professional investor to work with me on purchasing rental property. He has met with me every week faithfully calling me and talking with me for 30 minutes about my homework and my investment goals and progress. Well, after 14 weeks, I finally got the text book that goes with the 3 ringed binder. I had to figure out the homework problems on my on by using the examples in the notebook. I did it successfully with no text book. I requested the book 3 times and they couldn't get it together to get it to me til now.

After 14 weeks, I am no closer to purchasing a piece of rental property than I was 14 weeks ago. Now, my coach wants me to join some real estate investment clubs.

I complained to the Coach Supervisor that I'm not getting much from my coaching and he had the neve to say to me: "Shame on You!" "Why didn't you call the resource line?" Told him I didn't feel the need yet because I have no property I wanted to make an offer on. I talked with one of the Coaches on this so called Resource Line and he was very rude to me and said he only had 15 minute to talk to me. Well, isn't that a whole lot of time for coaching?

I finally tol the coach supervisor: "I've done my part. Now it's time you've done yours by delivering on Carleton Sheets promise that I will buy my first rental property and that my coach will work with me til I do. My coach said he would.

We'll see how this goes. Will keep you updated. Why do I still have this "sinking feeling" that I've lost $7,000 cash in an instant and and I'm afraid I 'm gonna be left with nothing? I said this to the Coach Supervisor. He said: "We're not that type of organization." I said: "Then Keep Your Promise!!!"

PS: I didn't pay $7,000 for a 3 ring binder. I could go to Wal-Mart and get one for a dollar or two. I paid for professionsl Real Estate Coaching from an experienced and successful real estate investor. I think Carleton Sheet's coaches should provide us with a VITA about their investment experience and their real estate holdings. Then we'll see who the "real milionaires" are.

June 2009...Still Empty Handed...Carlton Sheets stole my $7,000 cash!

Folks, please do not sign up for any of these real estate "nothing down" programs like Carlton Sheets. I invested $7,000 cash in 2007 in Carlton Sheet's Personal Coaching Program (PEI). What a joke. These guys may know something , but not much more than me. The strategies they suggest are too unrealistic for a first time investor. All I got was a 3 ringed binder titled "Personal Coaching Program". The coaching by phone was for 30 minutes and a waste of my time. I did not get my books and dvds and course materials until 11 weeks into the program.
I had to figure out how to do course problems on my own. I use to sell residential real estate. I have done creative financing successfully.
It's all about negotiations. And that ain't worth $7,000 from a do nothin coach. Carton Sheets took my money and left me with a 3 ringed notebook. That's it. Left me with nothin!!!!! We ought to sue the hell out of these guys. Nobody worked harder as a real estate agent than me. Nobody wanted this coaching program to work more than me.
