I returned the Carleton Sheets products and as of this dated 12/29/2002 I have not received my refund. I have filed a claim with the Post Office and American Express. On Monday I will be filing suing them in small claims court.

You didn't state whether or not you had called them about the refund. When you ship the materials back, they end up in a different location or something. I called them after I decided they weren't refunding my money. It took a couple of weeks, but the credited my account...no questions asked.
