On September 6, 2002 I was verbally told that I would be interviewing with a decision maker in the near future. That is one of the reasons that I signed on with Carlyle & Associates and paid $4,250.00 for this and other services I was told would happen and as such would help me in finding a job. Since this date I have faithfully kept up my part of the bargain by coming in for meetings and the seminar and the practice interview. I

have been in to see Gary and then Dan. My first visit was on September 10, 2002. I was then in on September 24th & 27th and October 4th. Since the day I signed on I have faithfully been in to the Carlyle office either once or twice every week. One of the terms on your agreement was to provide Clients with assistance identifying suitable employment opportunities which respond to the clients objective. This is a direct quote. Not once has Carlyle responded to my objective.

I have been given very few leads to jobs in my field or by getting me in front of a decision maker. Most of the leads that I was given by Carlyle came from Internet sites that I had already been using. I was told when I signed on with Carlyle & Associates that they had inside leads. Carlyle has not contacted me on any inside leads.

When I asked Carlyle for names of companies and the decision makers to talk to while I was in Texas, I was given company names and phone numbers and also the decidesion makers names. I was told that I could reach these people with the phone numbers that I was given. I was told before I left to go to Fort Worth Texas that Carlyle has reached several of these companies and that they were expecting to here from me.

I tried repeatedly to reach these decidsion makers; I also left my name and phone numbers on their voice recorders. I could not reach any of the decision makers to talk to them, nor did I hear back from any of them.
