Complaint Review: Carlo Joseph investments

My Client made an investment with Carlo Joseph/ Tuxedo Road LLC. Client never recieved any returns of primcipal or the interest he was promised.  Carlo Joseph has stated that he would repay the investment on several ocassions, but has never done so.  All address information thus far recieved from Carlo, has been false or is an address to a p.o box that he no longer uses. Does anyone have current address information for Carlo Joseph.  My client plans on taking legal action to recover his investment.
