Complaint Review: Carlos Casa Valencia Aka Carlos Valencia Handyman For Rent;

This major crook from Argentina and his entire Family are contacting Immigrant Workers in Job-sites, Ilegal residents or even people in the process to become Resident with the promise to expedite their current process with Immigration or with them a new Path to become legal Resident through a Work Employment Application allegedly sponsored by several South Florida Corporations & Companies that will submit An application on his behalf.

All this process was supposed to be boosted by Hillary Clinton's campaign and several law enforcement, Homeland Security , Driver License Staff & important people in general. So with all these arguments, he convinced people to start this process but also paying anywhere between $4,000 to 10,000 per person that was supposed to be paid in cash in several installments and providing all your existing Immigration case numbers, Correspondence with DHS like Notice of Action & order Physical Exams made with a Doctor.

In My case, he promise to replace my existing immigration Case with another like the one describe above, that will expedited through this alleged Official's Network. I had to pay $8000 in 3 installments, provide with a new Physical Exam. In return i was supposed to work for the campaign of Hillary Clinton and that they will do whatever it takes for Me to become a Citizen before the election date so i could vote for her as part of the Deal.

Then is when I poped the question: How would they now who I'm voting for? He replies with a sinister smile quoting: "We" have the power to know that because all this election is controled by our Network and don't You dare try to vote for somebody else..."

I was impressed with this statements plus the fact that there was another Guy that I knew ahead of this process saying tahat everything was going ok. After I did the last payment We were supposed to meet in Miami before the Immigration Appointment, but he didn't show-Up and His Cell Phone was disconnected that day until today.

I did a lot of research on my Own, furious for being scammed like this, loosing 8K that I borrow form credit cards. I found all the alleged Companies that he stated, that were nothing but paper only. He also have a Company named Handyman for rent that has several addresses, One in Plantation, Fl turns to be His Son Alejandro Valencia and her wife Sharon,, now abandoned. he also has a :License as Certified Building Contractor and His Son is The Supervisor of this Company.

Today, Valencia has a warrant for 6 worthless check lawsuits in Broward County, FL. As far as I know he scam over 100 people in South Florida with this immigration fraud sicne he admit had a List. The majority of this people are undocumented workers, afraid to report him Authorities. I'm encouraging all those people that had been a victim of this Crook or that know somebody affected by him to speak -up and report this Guy. Get advice from Your attorney about a "S" Visa or the I-918 , Visa for Non-Immigrant Status.

Valencia apparently operates in Texas since I found some links in El Paso , Texas but not confirmed yet but he admit to be "working" in this State and he could be in other States as well.
