I purchased 2 iphones and 2 tablets and a set of beats headphones from Mr Lopez. He said he cant get them the electronic company he deals with screwed him. The total of everything I paid in is over $900 and he claimes he sent the money back to my bank account but it has been over 5 days on the refund. I waited for the merchandise for over a month.

It took some time but Mr Lopez did pay me every dime that he owed me which tells me that has no place in the Rip Off Report.

I met Mr Lopez in Charlotte today and he paid $160 of the money owed and assured me he would have the remainder by the end of the week. I will update this report when the debt is paid off. 4-30-2017

He is in contact with me and says he will make good . I do know he has some health issues that prevents him from being in contact as much as he probably should be. If he makes good on his word I will delete this report or update it to reflect so.
