Carlsbad Pacific Regus Regus HQ Ripped off because of auto-renew. Rude staff. hung up on me. basically no service. consumer beware Carlsbad California

We signed up for a mail account with Regus, which included a virtual office in Carlsbad CA. We also have a Regus World Account, which we like. The mail service was lousy, the receptionist was rude to me and my clients. When renewal came around we were not notified until too late. I should have been on top of it but my wife's cancer health issues got in the way. Two days after the payment of the renewal I called and terninated the service and was told that I would be required to pay for another year. I sent a termination letter and I visited the office. With medical bills piling up I can not afford this office. The staff was uncompromising, uncompassionate and rude.

The customer comes last in this Regus office. You, the customer, are treated as a second class citizen.
