Looked at booking a flight by Loretta (Lori) Fitzhugh. She said she mainly books over the phone but her boyfriend Marshy said she could help us and set up an appt to meet with her. What a mistake that was. What a disgusting human being she is! Gross!! Meth mouth city and she stunk like a combination of sardines and cat food. Seriously! Her rotted out teeth were the color of butter. Nasty!!
She smelled of alcohol and her hands were shaking horribly.
I ended up with a bad cough for a week after meeting this disgusting lady. We will never go back to her.
Also at the time she was working for a good sized travel company. Whoever does the screening for this company may want to go back and revisit this weirdo's file. They need to really look into who they bring on as Independent Contractors. This lady has had 3 DUI's in the last year (All public records by the way). She is a well known Meth Addict and alcoholic and years ago was known to be an "undercover" heroin user. She supposedly cleaned up her act and then ended up getting hooked on Meth. Don't believe me? Go to public records!!! This lady has a track record. LORETTA "LORI" FITZHUGH. Also, a competitor travel agent told us Loretta Fitzhugh left over 40 recordings of her stalking, harassing and threating 2 different women. These recordings can be heard on multiple websites with all of Loretta's contact information on it. Anyone that listens to these recordings will know right away that it is her. Also on these websites are over 80 vulgars text messages and over 60 emails that are just disgusting. This Loretta Fitzhugh is a real weirdo, beyond crazy. Full tilt bozo better describes this lunatic. Her shrieking on these recordings is really, really scary. Whoever it is that Loretta is threatening should honestly be in danger of their life. Very scary stuff. Why in the world the local Investigator's in Montana have waited until now to really investigate all of these threats, harassing and stalking until recently is beyond me.
One more thing, Lori Fitzhugh got hammered drunk and totalled her boyfriend Marshy McCrackin's pickup truck recently as well. Bottom line, stay away from this lunatic, Loretta Fitzhugh. Go to public records and see for yourself. Loretta Fitzhugh also known in some circles AKA swinger groups as Lori Fitzhugh. She honestly should be locked up in a pyscho ward. We have some EXCELLENT local travel agencies. My business has gone elsewhere!!!

This is such a horrible attack on such a beautiful person, it can only be written by someone who has an evil agenda. For a person to go to this length to malign this lovely lady only outlines the probability that they are in serious need of prescription medicine and counsel. This is nothing short of a rant by a deranged and delusional trogladyte.
I know Loretta on a personal and professional basis. Besides being an outstanding member of the travel industry, she is involved with community causes and committees in which she has left immeasurable positive impacts. Her success is only overshadowed by her humbleness. Loretta continues to offer her time and expertise to a plethora of issues that influence our community at large.
To even suggest Loretta would book travel for anyone outside of her regular business employment is ludicrous. Furthermore, Loretta is involved with corporate travel - the writer of this nonsense shows lack of aptitude and education, clearly far removed from the corporate world!
In summary, Loretta is beautiful, both inside and out. Anyone who has the pleasure to know Loretta will realize this tirade is deliberate harassment and totally unfounded. Hopefully the writer of this nonsense will find somewhere else to expel their negative energy.

As an outside person looking at this report and rebuttles, I have to say that it appears to me that this is a personal attack and not feedback relating to the company at all. The remarks are very personal attacks that suggests that the original poster is the one who should have their mental status checked. If this is truly a friend (you and I both know that is highly unlikely) then you will get a chance within a week or so to visit a website which will give you all the proof you need to see who the real Loretta Fitzhugh is. I have further contemplated who would write such a bitter report about a completely honest and ethical person and have come to realize after re-reading the report that it could only be the ex-wife of the boyfriend referred to in this report.

I have known Loretta (Lori) Fitzhugh both professionally and personally for over 12 years.
Lori has an impeccable work ethic and the highest moral values. Lori cares for her clients as though they are family members.
Lori worked her way from Trainer to Supervisor to Operations Manager in less than two years of a large travel management company operating a call center with a staff of 120 employees. I was one of the Operations Supervisors under her management during her tenure. I would work for Lori again and recommend her to anyone as an employee or employer. Lori treated her staff fair and equal in all aspects as an Operations Manager. I would come out of retirement to work for Lori again if given the opportunity.
The screen name DeserveUrKarma speaks volumes for the person who wrote this report and their own personal ethics.
Loretta Fitzhugh can hold her head high knowing that none of the things said in this report are true.
While working for the company she currently works for Lori would not book travel for someone that did not go through her company. Lori's dedication and loyalty to her employer would never allow her to do so.

I am beyond floored upon reading this report. I have known Loretta in both a professional and personal capacity for years and she is not the woman you are describing. Loretta is an extremely professional woman who has the highest of work ethic and impecable morals. She has a fantastic work history and has been in the industry for many years. She has had numerous raises, promotions and is a leader in her field.
Suggesting that she is a drug user (among other colorful things that you stated) is beyond ridiculous and does not deserve to be addressed. Thank goodness that Loretta has been away and I pray that she doesn't see this report. She is one of the kindest, most genuine and respectable people that I have had the pleasure of knowing and I'm sorry that you would attempt to discredit her in any way and try to tarnish her reputation (her work supercedes her). Whoever wrote this "report" obviously has a personal vendetta against Loretta and should seek professional help immediately. These statements are completely false, slanderous and should be removed from this site immediately before legal action is taken.
