carmax of memphis tn the company i am referring to is carmax .and they are not tring to solve the problem with my van.but only to tell me they fixed it and send me and my 3 kids on our way each time i bring it back to the memphis , Tennessee
to whom it may concern; MY story begins on april 15 2011 when i financed my 2005 van .i went to carmax for help and at the time they seemed very helpful and honest ,boy was i wrong .Ever since i got this vehicle it has been in the shop more than four times in the last three months .and its the same problem every time my front end .they tell me every time that their ase mechanics have fixed it and i should not worry but i do .Im a mother of three and i just want my kids safe in a vehicle,that someone tells me we fixed it .well four months down the road and still taking it back .i just dont believe that people do the work like they used to and i dont believe they care enough any more about us little people .
