Everyone having issues with Carmel Financial needs to call the Federal Trade Commission at 1-877-FTC-HELP (1-877-382-4357) and file a complaint. I called them and filed. If everyone does the same they will be investigated and hopefully shut down.
These people get away with murder. They need to be stopped! They do not make their money on finance charges although they are ridiculous, they make their money putting liens on property and suing people. I paid them in full and they have been harassing me for about 6 years. I have a copy of the check they cashed and they still continue to try to take me to court. Please, I have an issue with them please contact the Federal Trade Commission, they can help.
