Sells customers new parts and installs used parts or doesn't replace parts at all and still charges. Misdiagnoses problems, then lies and advises it was actually something else and charges again. Charges far above industry "book times" for repairs. Disgusting bathrooms. Very rude receptionist smokes indoors and owner came in smoking also. Overheard employees discussing using drugs onsite with the owner.
Installs used catalytic converters, tampers w emissions equipment to make car pass emissions. Car had to go to emissions several times barely ran when it was returned. Had to go back to have it put back to non passing condition to make it run right
