I called on the phone looking for a mirror for my 2003 Chev Truck. I was told they had one. The price was very reasonable.

I checked with Chevrolet and the price was much higher. So I logged into Car Mirrors web site and bought a mirror. What was sent was DIFFERENT than what the website said, and was the same that GM used on their 2001 and older vehicles.

The mirror that was sent was glossy, not matte finish. No where in the description in the website, nor on the phone when I originally called was there a description of GLOSSY.

In a phone call to them (74 minutes on hold) they said I am responsible for the shipping back to them. They are the ones with misleading info on their site and they gave me the incorrect information on the phone. Yet they say I am responsible for the shipping charges.
