They contact you by email offering a work at home program for $39.95 and make promises that they don't keep. It is related to HUD and getting refunds for FHA mortgage insurance premiums that are owed. They offer a 100% money back gareentee but don't provide any means of contacting them.

Their instructions are incomplete and do not measure up to what they promise before you pay. They only accept an electronic check that requires you give your checking account number. No credit cards. Why? They don't want you to have any recourse against them.

What kind of guareentee is there if you can't notify them of a desire to get one? They use a fraudulent email address. The real owner of the email URL is located in Germany and has a disclaimer on their website that someone is spamming their email and is sending and receiving email through their site fraudulently.

Stay away from this. It is worthless.
