 Company repossessed 2007 Ford Taurus. Pay-off balance $1664.00, attempted to pay by self. Company representative, Liz, continued to fabricate whereabouts of car, with allegations that "tow" truck drivers work all night and sleep during the day." Instructed to "be patient and await phone call revealing whereabouts of car." Company never called, confirming refusal to honor Texas Law, Right of Redemption. I was willing to pay monies owed, as of this writing, never received any further communication from company. Car financed for $9,000.00, company are a group of thieves.

I love it when deadbeats try to play attorney!  Perhaps you were asleep during that particular session in law school.  There is NO redemption rights law in Texas in connection with an auto repo!  There is with a foreclosure.  So before you try to use a smokescreen to deflect blame, at least know what you're talking about.  Your car was repo'ed because it was YOU who defaulted.  The lender did not cause this!
