Complaint Review: Carnival Cruise Line

I'm writing concerning an overcharge to my credit card by Carnival Cruise line of $960.71. I had gone on a seven day cruise with my family on August 4, 2007 on the Carnival Triumph. At the end of my cruise I paid cash for all my on board expenses wich accrued to $952.42. I unfortunately lost my receipt where it shows full payment and zero balance. My daughter was alongside of me when i paid.

I have tried contacting Carnival several times and they have not helped me in any way or have been able to track that payment I made on board. Being such a big coorporation I am amazed that they don't have video or computerized copies of my payment that day. I need help in resolving this matter.
