We we're the "victim" of one of this woman's child custody evaluations. Carol Anne Waters should not be in this line of business. You will find she is rude, dishonest, gossips about other cases, puts you down and generally distorts everything about the evaluations she handles. In my opinion this woman is mentally ill. When you do see the final report, you will find that it is full of inaccuracies, lies and distortions. In a custody situation often one side wins and one loses, but with Miss Waters beware if she decides in her delusional world that the other parent is better. She will make up facts and slander you like crazy. She is rude, doesn't listen, lies and exaults in her authority. If you are assigned this woman, run away. If you are the victim of one of her fictional reports, report her to Bexar County and her licensing board. This woman is a monster and must be stopped.

This is so sad. I have no words for the loss of life. Carol Waters must be stopped! Carol, if you are reading this, you are truly damaging children and families. I can only imagine how many others there are that Carol Waters has done an injustice, but it does not appear on the news. SMH

I and many otheras have had the same type of experience with Carol Waters. The State of Texas should suspend or remove her license and re-examine all of the work she has submitted to any court.
When Carol Waters is found to be incompetent (which any objective licensing committee should), the State of Texas should be held liable for the ruin this disaster of a person has left in her wake.
