Carol Glasby is a lying, deceiving, manipulative Real Estate Agent.  As a seller, she works for the buyers that come to your house, trying to do what is in their best interest instead of yours.  If you come to her with concerns about how things are working, she will come to your house crying to manipulate you into doing things her way. 

She will take your sign if you come to her with concerns right out of your yard without saying a word about it. She cries to your husband an then acts all sweet to you to make sure she gets her way.  She will come to your house with paperwork to be signed that is not what you agreed upon, though she agreed with your counter, she talked to the buyers and that is what they wanted. 

She will ask you something and decide she doesn't like your answer so turn around and call your spouse to hope they say something different/give more information.  And it seems it is Keller Williams as a whole.

When going to the Team Leader, Karen Brown, about the issue, she all but dismissed it.  She asked when a convenient time for her to call would be and after giving her three blocks of time, she replies with a time saying it's all she has available that doesn't fit into any of the blocks of time given.  Why ask if you have only one time available? 

In an e-mail to her, we detailed the information that we considered breaking contract, highlighting the fact that she was not acting in our best interest, but in the buyers and Karen said well if you can talk at this one time I am available then you can tell me how she broke contract. 

In her reply e-mail she also mentioned how Keller Williams recieved the JD Power award for client satisfaction, while telling me she had not time to speak to me and not doing anything about having an issue with an agent.
