Complaint Review: Carol Peppers

She is false advertiseing puppies for smalltiny toy poodles. And my grandmother was her pray.She was saleing puppies for different prices. Standards were for sale for 250. Miniatures were being sold for 300. And then tiny toys were being sold for 375.

I asked Miss Peppers what she calls a tiny toy. She said a tiny toy weighes 3lbs when full maturity. My grandmothers puppy weighes in at 3.6lbs and is only 4mths old. She was sold a miniture not a tiny toy.

So if anyone is looking for a tiny toy poodle. Please dont go to Carol Peppers she is a puppy mill. She had 20 females either with puppies or fixing to have puppies. And she will rip you off because she over charged for a larger size puppy. And I have vet statements stateing it that she is gonna be bigger then a tiny toy.
