Complaint Review: carolina carport

 June 8th 2013 I paid Deemar Carports in Irvington,Ky. a deposit for a carport that she said would be constructed in 6-8 weeks. So far Carolina Carport has yet to keep an appointment. The second time the truck arrived early but the driver waited until he was there to call so we missed him. I called him and he assured me he would be there by 12pm that day. He finally called at 8pm and told me I would have  to once again reschedule.

I called Mt Airy office and informed them I could not keep traveling 170 miles round trip to meet a no show . I let them know I would be there until Friday July26 and if they couldn't get the job done by then I was through .

I called Deemar and after telling me she would not refund my deposit she said she would call Carolina carport to staightened this out  As of today 07/31/2013 no word from Deemar or Carolina Carport

 I would not in any way recommend Deemar or Carolina Carports. After what I have been reading I got off lucky with only losing my deposit
