Do not order from these people they are nothing but liars and thieves!!! Ordered a michigan certified carport a while back.Was supposed to have a 60lb snow load and be 3 foot on center. Husband was told 3 foot on center by 4 people numerous times.A day after it was put up we noticed it was over 4 foot on center which wouldnt be up to code! Numerous calls day after day of them not returning phone calls,fighting to talk to Nicole(ones of the managers whom is very rude) wouldnt do anything about it. Their solution was to make up fake blueprints for the inspector(which I would imagine is illegal!!) They were told no then after much fighting with them wanted to give us $100 dollars off. We told them no again and then Nicole changed her story and said all 4 people that said 3 foot on center were wrong or lied and we actually got the correct carport!! Now we are stuck with a carport that isnt up to code and doesnt meet the snow load.!!!! DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE A PENNY!! WE READ THE COMPLAINTS TO AND DIDNT LISTEN, TRIED TO GIVE THEM THE BENEFIT OF DOUBT. HUGE MISTAKE AND LOSS OF ALMOST $2000!!
They all should be put in jail. I wish we would have listened to the complaints!

Forgot to mention.... We purchased the carport a bit over a year ago. I wish we would have made a complaint sooner but have been very upset over the whole ordeal.I just dont see how people can get away with doing stuff like this and being so unprofessional and stealing some of your money even while having a contract.We are making the best of the carport and bracing it up to be what we paid for. Only half way there and approx $500 dollars later. I really hope anyone considering these people will re-consider and read all the different complaints from different sites from different people .
