I placed my furniture order last week of November and first week of December. I had been negotiating with the sales person named BOB. I thought I was really lucky to have found them so I could really save a lot of money for my entire house furnishings. Needless, to say they were so polite and prompt in returning my calls during the negotiation process.

Everything changed soon as they had cashed my checks. I never heard from them. I started calling them last week of December to know the status of my order but unfortunately my calls were never answered back. The customer service was all just answering machine. I had gotten so frustrated and scared to lose my hard earn money. I call their office several times a day and send them e-mails hoping that I would get an answer but had no luck at all. Their main line is even answered by machine and not a human being. It is already 2nd week of April and by now I should at least be getting my fruniture or at least been updated for probable delivery dates. NO ANSWER AT ALL.


It is a very ridiculous expercience. It is a nightmare for me. I want my furniture or my money back. I hope you can help me with this.
