Complaint Review: Carolina Furniture -HR Privette

Carolina Furniture is a FRAUD, we ordered furnitur in August of 2002 and have received nothing more than the infamous HR Privette worthless promises. We have requested the return of our $782.50 deposit numerous times to no avail.

In addition to the North Carolina Attorney General, we are now also including the Missouri Attorney Generals office in all communications. If you are currently using AT&T as your website provider, be aware that they are also providing web access for Carolina Furniture. Also, the website domain for Carolina Furniture expires on March 23rd, so this may prevent him from continuing his fraudulent business practices after that date.

We are in the process of seeking out any and all individuals who may have assisted Mr. Privette in conducting this business and intend to pursue them as well.
