I purchased furniture from this company on 11/22/2009.  I asked for a refund on 11/24/2009 because of furniture defects.  The company has not returned any calls left to them or to their driver.

Mr. Wilcox, was a true gentleman. It was a pleasure to pick up and refund his money. Once a truck was back in his area.

Reconciliation of Issue

I spoke with the owner of the company on 11/30/2009 around 10:00 Central Time.  He told me that he would come up with a solution for this issue by Friday, December 4, 2009.  I believe that this gentleman will stick to his word, and it appears that this situation will come out being good for the both of us.  He has not told me what the solution would be, but I am assuming it will be either a full refund, a different selection of bedroom furniture, or a selection of another type of furniture such as a home office set.  The delay in my hearing from him was due to the Thanksgiving holiday.  The owner is a nice man who he says is a Christian.  Would I do business with him and his company again?  ABSOLUTELY YES! DO NOT CONFUSE HIS COMPANY WITH OTHER COMPANIES THAT HAVE CAROLINA FURNITURE IN THEIR TITLE. This company appears to be legitimate with GOOD customer service.

The defect of a broken nightstand handle was replaced, however I am still requesting a refund, and that the furniture be returned because I do not want to risk opening the boxes and discovering more defects.  Also, I am not satisfied with the style and finish of the furniture.
