Carousel Checks Rip off I wish! Internet
Reporting JUNK personal checks just purchased from Carousel checks. So junky they would not even tear out of the check book!!
The checks were not cut or perforated at the top adequately, and one had to tear them out as the perforation was very weak. I had to void 3-4 checks as they tore away from the weak perforation, and had to tape up 3 or 4 more checks just to make them usable! Out of 8 or 9 checks used, ONLY ONE tore off cleanly and correctly at the perforation as they should. The rest were a frustrating nightmare! This is completely ridiculous. They were duplicate tear at the top checks = typical- nothing fancy.
Called customer service = she said "They don't refund any orders with personal info on them!" and told me to "work with her" as she side stepped the issue and kept asking me where the checks tore off at? For the third time I told her "At the top" and she then replied "Then they are working correctly then." Please. At this response I hung up, and took my losses. I will never bother with this sub standard company again. JUNK.
Low quality, poorly cut checks on cheap paper, and the would NOT tear off as they should. Oh- the checks would 'rip off' all right- which is why I'm complaining and making sure folks know this company/product is a TRUE RIP OFF!! Don't buy from them.
