I received a damaged radiator from fed ex that I ordered through carparts.com only to receive it with a hole in it mostly due to the fact that it was not packed properly. My first phone call was to fed ex they said I must contact the shipper so I called carparts.com the first girl said to keep the broken radiator and they would send me a new radiator in 2-9days and that I would receive a confirmation email.well I waited the 9 days never received an email.I called back they said oh the order was never shipped because the part is out of stock so they said they would send a refund.and I would receive an email for that I explained I never received an email last time so they said rest assured you will mr aaron.so the only email I ever got was a survey email to ask how they helped.te next day I called again to make sure this time I was told dont worry we never sent the part its out of stock and you were never charged I said no no no I was charged for the first radiator that was damaged so you will send me a refund or a new radiator. He acted dumb them turned me over to a very un professional girl who said I would receive an email with a printable shipping label in 24-48hrs well I never got it. These people are scam artists
