Carpet Close Out Or Carpet Close Outs Fraudulently hid bad flooring mixed in the good flooring! RIP OFF! Austin Texas

Fraud charges have been filed with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Bureau of Consumer Protection and complaints with the BBB. Carpet Close Outs hid damaged wood flooring in boxes of good wood flooring that I purchased from them. All I have asked for is the replacement of the 5 damaged boxes that I paid for. It was not cheap and I have not been able to get them to resolve my complaint. They have a couple of locations in Austin...Their newest location is 3913 Todd Lane # 508 Austin, TX 78744.

Just be careful of who you deal with and stay FAR FAR AWAY from CARPET CLOSE OUTS!

When all orders from the manufacturers are received shrink-wrapped and remain that way until they are loaded out to you!

We are sorry that you did not follow proper procedures from the manufacturer when filing your claim and as a result your resolution took longer than normal.

Your problem was resolved when the manufacturer issued us a credit which we then passed along to you.

Fortunately, one of our many satisfied customers alerted us about your grievance on this website...otherwise we would have filed our rebuttal sooner.
