Carpet One Gainesville, FL Poor Customer Service Gainesville Florida
Twice I have tried to use Carpet One to put wood flooring in my home. Each time they have failed to get back to me. The most recent time the salesman said he would have an installer come to my home on a specific day. The installer never called and, of course, did not come on the specified day. The salesman never contacted me again. I went with another company who gave me great customer service and a good price.
I don't plan on every contacting Carpet One again. Since my incident I have heard from others that Carpet One service is terrible and their prices high.
