Complaint Review: Carpet Remnants & More

My wife and I purchased a home from MB homes in Aurora in 1996. The builder used Carpet Remnants & More for the carpet in the home. We picked out the colors and took possesion of the home.

After two years the carpet began to show large bubbles under it. I called another carpet company and asked them for a price to fix the carpet. The carpet company told us that the original installed of the carpeting never installed it correctly. They never stretched the carpeting the way it should have been.

We have not cleaned the carpets or done anything to them that would cause this problem. The company told us that they would sent someone out to look at the carpet and no one ever showed up. When we called back they said that they don't guarentee the installation.

The service this company provides is the worst I have ever seen. If your smart you will go to another carpet store to get your carpeting.
