I purchased a very high end Shaw carpet 12'x17' from Carpetland last week and the quality of service has to be the worst I have ever ran across. Carpetland screwed up the cut and the mill sent the carpet 2" too short, wanna know how Carpetland wanted to correct the matter. They wanted to piece mill it together by taking four scraps and gluing them together to the main carpet in hope it would work. To show you the lack of knowledge this company has I the customer had to tell them the plush of the carpet wouldn't match. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHADY COMPANY
