Carpetmax ripoff Company tried to install lesser price carpet then what I paid for Clarksville Tennessee
Before purchasing new carpet for my home I researched brands online. I read a report that some companies will install a lesser grade of carpet then you ordered if you are not careful, each style has 3 different grades for different traffic areas.
I purchased a 100% nylon berber carpet from Carpetmax of Clarksville TN. I took the sample home with me to match other flooring, (good thing I did!)
When they came to install my carpet I looked at it and saw it was a lesser grade then what I had ordered and showed the sample to the installer.
When the manager of carpetmax came to my home, all he could say was I shouldn't have had that sample!! I had ordered a tight loop carpet, the carpet they brought was so loose you could see through the loops!
