carrentals.com An expedia group company Did not get car or reach customer service that I paid for Internet

I rented and prepaid car through carrentals.com from "Routes", at Schiller Park near O'hare airport, Chicago. I was not given any idea as a that rental was only for people flying in and out of O'hare. Routes, the compny did not give me car. They gave me carrentals customer service number 844-750-8180 that no representative answered 20 min that I gave up. No car, no money back, pure deception.

 Why on earth are you even messing with these third party reservation places? They can't do anything you can do! I've rented cars for years and years. I go directly to the major rental company and never had any problems!
