Carribean Cruise Lines Reinstatement Dept Jay (male) Sr. Director)?) I was seeking to extend my travel packet as instructed to do by rep on 10/11/16. When attempting to do so I was told that as of May 2016 the terms of their policy has changed. They proceeded to lure me into an "upgraded” promo I refused because it was the same pkg I’d already purchased having paid for second adult ant port taxes. When further inquired I spoke with jay whose Enron’s toon was hostile from the onset. I’d previously explained to a rep who transferred me to jay about the issues with my voice. Florida

Jay became upset when I stated that we should both calm down because of the tone of voice being used and if he continued using that tone with me I would reciprocate in kind. To which he blantently stated that he was expired my contract and I had no recourse. My exp date wasn’t until 11/30/17. Today is 11/17/17. I explained that we both were in fault of miscommunication and when he refused to true to come to terms with me I told him to give his stance of actions to me in writing for my records. He refused said they don’t do that and disconnected. My question now is not only have they profited by loss being that I received nothing for my money but how many others have they done this to without any record or accountability. If this is their normal stance on doing business I feel that there could be a large amount of funds sifting through their establishment without 1+1 accountability to the Federal Government
