I'm in SC and they are in Fl. I needed to buy the car sight unseen and have it shipped. I asked if there were any scratches or dents, or any cosmetic and/or mechanical issues. Jacob assured me it was "perfect". He promised 2 keys, all manuals, and a 30 day temporary tag so I could drive the car until I received the title and was able to register it in my state.

When my shipper delivered the car to me, there was one key and no manual, no temporary tag so the car was illegally shipped and I obviously couldn't legally drive it, the car had body damage, (broken bumper), cracked windshield, the check engine light was on, the navigation screen was distorted and un-readable, and some options on the car didn't work.

When I reached out to Jacob, I received no reply. After calls to the dealer's office, an assistant told me the car was sold as is and ther's nothing they could or would do. Luckily I bought through Ebay and they are fighting to get my money back. This is evidently a fraudulent and horrible place to buy anything from, much less a $20,900 used car.

I gave them more than a fair timeframe to make this right, and they simply ignored me. I see that I'm not the only person to have been abused and ripped off by these people, but hopefully this notice will encourage others to STAY AWAY!

We were able to come to an agreement. The owner finally decided to work things out. I am not able to remove the report, however, this agreement shows that the merchant cared about his customer in the long run.

Why? Decent people with COMMON SENSE wouldn't do something so stupid as sending off your money to somebody you don't know to buy some dumb, stupid used car you've NEVER seen or test driven!

EVERYBODY has heard stories as to how their family members or friends got ripped off buying a used car even in their own home town and after the took a test drive. What do YOU do? You buy a used car you've NEVER seen, test driven or checked out! Yes sir!

The elevator just doesn't reach the top floor, does it???
