Complaint Review: CARRIO MOTOR CARS

CARRIO MOTOR CARS JACOB CARRIO I flew in from Washington, DC to Carrio Motor Cars to purchase a 2005 Cadillac STS. I had made numerous phone calls to a Salesman name Steven about that vehicle. Once I arrive in , I met Jacob which was odd to me that Steven wasn't there.  Lauderdale Lakes Florida

CARRIO MOTOR CARS. I flew in from Washington, DC to purchase a 2005 Cadillac STS. I have purchase a car that have more problems than I could imagine. All the pulleys has to be replaced as well as the tires, alternator all were due from salt, rust, and excessive corrosion on the undercarriage. I believe that this car was over priced. I was lie to and being deceive of Jacob was telling me. He told me that the car was in perfect condition and I told him that I had 900 miles to drive this car home.

He guarenteed me that this car was in perfect shape. The car did get me home but with several unscheduled stops for sounds coming from the rear of the car. Once I got home I made my personal mechanic to check to find the rust and corrosion under the car. I then take the car to APS (Automcotive Protection Services) to treat the rust, salt, and the corrosion. I also had taken the car to Coleman Cadillac Dealership in Bethesda, Maryland to find out that the brake lines needs be replaced and maybe the transmission lines as well. My concerns for others is "BUYERS BE WARE".

The Author Rick should look at some of those reviews and complaints that has been sent to the BBB as well as ripp-off instead of telling people what they should have done. Sometimes in these days and time we all have faith in what we ask for and what we do. Sometimes we as humans are allow to make mistakes once in our life, but after we have learn that not everyone we can trust or tas ke there words of honesty. Carrio does not follow those rules, instead they take advantage of some people who can be naive without hesitation and believe what these people telling them with a purpose to deceive and defraud them just for the root to all evil which is there most necessity to survive which is (MONEY).

My heart and prayers goes out to those who were less fortunate not to get a vehicle from Carrio that has some life where as it would a little money instead of being robbed right in front of their faces. Author Rick to some of people needs to be a little symphathetic their cause. Some day it could had been his grandma or granddad purchasing from Carrio.

Maybe this one is on me, but others weren't to fortunate to get a vehicle that would take them 900 miles. At least I got home safe enough to get repairs done to this car. For instance, lets take the gentleman who supposingly to receive a 2007 Bently with wires hanging from the trunk and being filty on the inside who spent 40k while on vacation to have a car with squealing brakes. Lets not forget the lady from Minnesota who purchase a BMW 128i, who spent a great deal in her vehicle to get repaired as well.

Also, the lady in St. Augustine who also purchase from Carrio. My suggestion is that there needs to be a new law in Florida preventing dealership in defrauding and lying to people and to be a legitimate and responsible sales organization and whose reputation csn be alot better then what it is now. That whats make anyone who would go there to purchase a vehicle. Carrio suppose to be a High- End dealership then they should live up to that reputation

Buyer Beware

Buyer beware is something you should have thought of sooner. It is not a good idea to buy a car 900 miles away, sight unseen, and then not have it chec ked out before you purchase it. This one is on you. Even though the dealer was less than honest, an inspection by a mechanic should have been a no brainer.
