 My car was sent to CCC to have a knock in the engine repaired. After 4-5 months the car was still not done. After placing a call to my insurance company and email was sent to my husband stating that we had messed up and to get our car. He stated the transmission was cracked, it worked fine before the car reached him. When he was reviewed negatively he proceeded to accuse my husband of insurance fraud. He never finished the car, treated us as if we were inconveniencing him, and cussed out my insurance. Do not send this person your car!!! You will not get what you paid for.

 The lies and mistruths just keep coming. We never had a rental car to have a problem with. If we did it wouldn't have been any of your business anyway. After months of waiting for my car to be fixed I don't know why you would feel that we owe you anything. State Farm knows you're a joke as they have all the amazing things you said to them when they called for status updates. Which is their right as it's their money. You are a horrible business man and the only reason the law hasn't caught you it because you move when it gets hot,

and nothing is your name to be sued by the numerous people you have defrauded. I'm sure State Farm wouldn't appreciate being accused of fraud just as we didn't when you tried that with us. Crawl back under your rock and leave the decent people of this world alone. No one cares about you or what you have to say. A simple internet search of you and your name will show people what they need to see. It interesting how suddenly your business Facebook page shows none of the reviews that have been posted. Makes you wonder what's being hidden.

I just sent a rebuttle against Donna's false statements concerning Jake and I, now for this false statement by Donna,

Yes this too is a lie, and I have proof, yes, I did call State Farm and will do it again to ask why they wrote it off as if any one can get away with fruad?

No matter; we debunked these lies and have the proof, Donna and her angry husband made lots of threats due to thier rental car! They were fine and requested me to give actual numbers of repairs so they coukld total it and get a new car!

Let me be very clear the prices were that of Cadillac and not mine, these were legit from Cadillac and I gave them to State Farm, I did not give my prices because that is where is was goung to be sent! So I covered my A** because I can'T trust someone I have never met?

So, State Farm sent an adjuster to see it and document it, it was sitting and I needed to charge the Battery, however he wanted to hurry and half way thru charging it, he said; I believe you, I don't need to hear it, I will be right back! I am going to send this end and arrange pick up.

It was almost as if he was in on it? LOL I am sure he wasn't but failure to do his job reflected bad on State Farm! I made sure corporate was aware of it.

Also, the adjuster explained that the engine benig new it would satisfy State Farm to resale it in auction. It seemed to me that everyone involved was a crook! Including Donna and her husband.

Anyhow, after fufilling JimShelton's request the car was removed, then a coupke days later I recieved some horrific texts from Jim over the retal car and ??

Oh man! I am still amazed.

 I did not speak ill of you as you spoke kindly. You performed in normal Tim fashion. You kissed some butt, talked about how fabulous you are, and pretended to care about Jake. After multiple people said their opinions of you, you began to unravel. As more and more facts were presented you became nastier and nastier. As a "team" we presented facts and maintained an even demeanor while you resorted to verbal violence and threatening a mans livelyhood. Shortly after that you blasted him on your Facebook and admitted that you meant nothing that you had said about Jake. Jake took the high road while you went into the darkness.

As for State Farm, I spoke with them today. I reiterated the report I had filed with them back in July and added the newest barrage of craziness. I let them know what false accusations you were spouting after being given negative reviews by myself and a few other customers. I was advised by State Farm that they will gladly forward all the corespondence they have had with you, to include the recordings of your foul language, to my attorney. I was also informed that if you were to submit your paperwork, which I pray that you do, they will investigate the matter fully. I have many emails, text messages, and screenshots of your illegal and downright disgusting behavior.

That's not even mentioning the mutliple other "angry" customers that as you put it- are nothing compared to the thousands of happy customers. So please send all your paperwork to State Farm, do it ASAP please. And while your at it, since you want to make things right, the next that you should take is to give Ed back the car you have had for over 2 years. It will need to be inspected by a third party of Eds choosing, delivered to Ed with a clear title and no DTC codes on a flat by a third party wrecker, choosen by Ed within 30 days. It will have a fully rebuilt engine, with parts list, fully sealed, no leaks, that is the only path back to redemption. No excuses!! Answer that Tim.

I too would like to invite everyone to the XLR forum where I speak kind and Donna speaks ill!

PLease read it from the first post to the last! Jake Weibe mycompetitor intitiated that attack on us but took no time for likes of these criminals to bash us as a team!

As I said before and everyone can see these are the handful of people who wish harm out of literaly thousands!

I have a team of insurance investigators coming here to get all my info to pursue Donna and her husband for the criminal insurance fraud they committed!

I will upload all, the info as it happens! We will only satand on truth and debunk these angry people.

And Donna if you think this is some kind of joke, your sadly mistaken! I am already involved with State Farm to bring you both to justice! You are both crooks and will face justice over it!

Need any more proof that he's a sheep in wolves clothing? I have plenty. I will gladly show screenshots of his threats on Facebook that have since been deleted, his repeated violation of Texas privacy laws, and his insane rants of madness when asked to repair his "warrantied" work. As a mechanic a full diagnostic should have been to include anything and everything that could be wrong. You were asked to check the car and locate where the knocking was coming from before doing anything. You were informed before the transmission was "cracked" that the car was close to being totaled. We STRESSED to you that it was my only mode of transportation and that we needed it back ASAP. It took you THREE tries to give them the right tax id, they advised me to remove my car from your care before you even touched it!!! Please submit everything you have to them, not only are you saving me a stamp but you'll incriminate yourself and save me time. We've already told them about you way before I reviewed your business here or anywhere else. (And just so your aware this isn't the only place) Not one time have you apologized to us for your shoddy customer service, threats, or the lies you know you're telling. Should I ask Ed to rebut this as well? We all know he have you $200 to look at the car and transport it, 7000 to fix it, and all you've done is bash him and paint it a million times. You've place his personal info on your Facebook and website and it's all been documented. People just keep coming out of the woodwork to say how you messed up their stuff too. I'm not disgruntled. I'm disappointed that people like you still exist in this day and age. I'm heartbroken for the Eds and Bens of the world who gave you their hard earned money and got nothing but heartache and strife and no car, or a busted car. How do you sleep at night?

The author of this negative false statement Is Donna Shelton of Houston TX, her husband is Jim Shelton and the one who requested the fraud! I am presently writing statements to State Farm for what they have done.

They asked me to assist them in getting a new car by overcharging the insurance company! Not only did they fraud the insurance company, but in fact received the buy out to do so! After they received their request! They turned against me for the hardship they swear they experienced during their repairs! These are fabricated LIES! I have saved all documention to prove it is all fales and I welcome anyone who wishes to see them or come here to do so!

Let me be very clear about what I did for them; when Jim Shelton expressed to me via email he wished to go over the totalling cost of this car, I of course did NOT commit this fruad with him, all I could do was offer an estimate of further cost "if" the Trans needed to be replaced? I did not know yet! I was asked to NOT move forward with the repair. I received a call from State Farm which was recorded at State Farm, the agent explained I was being recorded before we could continue discussing anything and I agreed to be recorded. Donna told them to tell me; do not touch the car and DO NOT DO THE REPAIRS! These archived recordings are located at State farm for fruad purposes (Whiach is going to be exposed) and will be used in this case to prosecute both Jim and his wife for insurance fraud!

When I had reinstalled my rebuilt LH2 into their car it had a metalic knock and it is something that can always happen and just needs to be dealt with, but once I shared that with JIm Shelton the time line it would take angered him! But I was going to just address it, but he did not want me too! In emails he asked me to please write and estimate for nothing more then my guess due to not being allowed to go any further and of course this was the expressed statement Jim made getting another car! The knock sounded as though it came from the toruqe conveter and the bell housing had a tiny crak, but nothing that would prevent it from working fine! I had no intentions of chrging anything more for the motor build and if that is what is was it would have been solved free of charge, but if in fact it was the trans then it would cost, but we never got that far due to Donna's demand I do no more from a state farm agent! The guesimate I gave to state farm was just incase that was the cause, but it is black and white the fruad they had commited and used me like a puppet to do so! State farm is aware of this and awaiting my written statement which I am now compiling!

Donna has written false statements about me and my company on onlines Cadillac Forums causing mass trouble and speaking extremely ill of me? Jim Shelton cursed me out via text on 10/13/16 which is recorded to add to this cases evidence. 

Their anger over this issue has caused Donna to write these false statements in anger! They are untrue!

Now this is the story of their car; when the car was delivered to our Princeton shop it was stored until the insurance would agree to pay, this took 6 weeks! During the time, Jim and I was trying to get them to act, I had called them and fought for Jim and of course Donna the writer of these LIES! I called state farm (Which is all recorded for fruad purposes! Something these two people are apparently unaware of?) now, once each week during this 1.5 months I did all I could to get them to move forward, I even threatened to drop them as my insurance company in hopes they would do something, and they finally did!

Let me be very clear! I own a small business and we specialize in the Cadillac with thousands of fan's and clients around the world, we sell the only correct Head Stud made for the cadillac Northstar, I am the Engineer who engineered them! We have an excellent reputation and can be seen on Velocity TV! We have helped more then I can number with absolute success and it can be seen in many medias and reviews. The title of this false statement is the name of our wesite and we invite you all to it! There you can watch our Carfix show! Being a company with so many clients it is inevitable one or 20 people will get upset a slam you online as this bad individual has including her foul mouthed husband Jim Shelton of Houston TX the man who committed the insurance fraud.

It sadens me to see these things when I work so hard to please so many! When their STS was sent here I had many more Cadillacs ahead of theirs and they were simply put in the line up! We are NOT a production shop! The whole world is aware of this including these two people who wish harm out of anger! But!!! After storing it for six full weeks! More paying clients came trhu and of course they lost a spot and I am obligated to paying customers first, not these two who had no other alternative. This infuriated them to the point of trying to harm my business via here and other media and is inacurate and false!

As we move forward exposing these two who committed fraud I will add add it here or make another report in case they decide to remove this before they get in more or don't want people knowing what I have shared with you today.

I would like to make one last statement; out of the 'tiny' amount of people like Donna Shelton, we will never quit giving what we have to offer to those who deserve it and I know, there will be others who may get angry. There is NO mechainc shop on earth that does not experience the same kind of disgruntled people! I hope the example of their anger being exposed and them facing insurance fruad will curb others from the same.
