Carroll's - Tire Warehouse Conniving, Deceiving, Thieves with no morality what so ever Tulare California
I notice my car in need of tires therefore I decided to take my car to Carroll's. The reason why I took it there to begin with is because it was the closest place from my location.
Once I arrived there they greeted me as a normal customer. I asked for 4 new tires to be installed which totaled in the amount of 220.00. I gave the man at the front desk,(tattooed up to his neck with sleep deprivation for about a week)the keys.
After this took place, my car was taken to the back to "GET WORK DONE" yeah get work done alright. As in, stealing my change in my car at least 6 dollars worth and some. Talk about sticky fingers. When I complained, they refunded me 1 whole dallor. WOW!!!
When the tires where removed they came to tell me that my car was misaligned and needed to be aligned ASAP. I've owned this car for a few years now and had it aligned once before, when it really needed it.
This car was driving great before I brought it in. But for some "MYSTERIOUS" reason when I left the shop it pulled to the right. Talk about coinsidence. I returned to the shop and told them that my car was pulling.
Then they took it to the back and "FIXED" it. When I left again the car now pulled to the left. I decided to go back one last time and within 5 min. of this the mechanic had left. But get this, as I was pulling out of the parking lot the mechanic that went home was in the back "kicking it" with the other crew members. Talk about deceiving, conniving and thieves at Carroll's.
Out of all this my car is now really messed up and needs to be fixed. This shop should be investigated and reported to the B.B.B which is my next step. Caution - DO NOT TRUST THEM -

In support of Carroll's Tires, I have been a loyal customer for many years, I have used their shop in Porterville, Visalia, and Tulare. At each of these locations I have been treated fairly and professionally. If there has been any problem they have repaired or rectified quickly and without further issue. My feeling is that the individual that is making the report is harrassing them as there is a similar complaint from a different date but the description is almost exactly the same with some very minor wording differences. I also suspect the Complaintant may be a disgruntled ex-employee by the descriptions used. Please do not give this man any credence in your decision to patronize Carroll's Tire Wherehouses, as I and most of my friends that I have reccomended them to, have had superior service from them.

We apologize for any misunderstanding in this said incident. Carroll's Tire Whse has been in business for over 31 years and has, outside of this complaint, had a stellar customer service record with the Better Business Bureau and the Chamber of Commerce.
We have responded to this particular complaint through the BBB channels and look forward to a swift resolution in this matter. We pride ourselves on our outstanding customer satisfaction throughout the entire Central Valley of California for the last 30+ years we have been in business.
